Tag colleagues in Document Viewer discussions

Users can tag colleagues in Document Viewer discussions to bring the right people into the conversation for a specific document. There is no limit to how many colleagues can be tagged. Those who are tagged will receive an email notification letting them know that they're tagged with a link to the document. If the tagged individual does not have permission to access that document, the person who tagged them will be notified.
