Product Updates

  • See When Users Last Logged In. Admins with access to User Management can now see each user’s most recent login date directly in the Users table in the new “Last Login Date” column. Users can sort by that column and also see it in the CSV export. This makes it easier to monitor activity, clean up inactive accounts, and answer client questions about when users last accessed DataServ.

  • New APIs for Key AP Data. We’ve added new API endpoints for Vendor data, Open Purchase Orders, Open Receipts, Validation results, and Payment files to support real-time data pulls from, and pushes into, DataServ. This is the first of several planned API enhancements and helps enable tighter, more timely integrations with your internal systems to keep information in sync across platforms.

    • For more information about our APIs, please check out our help portal: API-Setup Guide for Admins and Developers

    • If you are interested in using these APIs, please reach out to your Client Success Account Manager (CSAM) for more information.

Bug Fixes 🐛

  • We fixed an issue where certain coding form fields were not staying disabled when adding a new line and using lookups. Fields that should be read-only now remain correctly disabled based on the selected Coding Type and related rules.

  • We fixed an issue where some users with non‑US English browser settings (like UK English) were seeing slightly different field labels than others. Now, all English users see the same default English text, no matter which English browser language they use.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Client Success Account Manager (CSAM) and / or DataServ Support.
