2026.06 Release
Product Updates
-
New Global Navigation Bar. We've introduced a redesigned global navigation bar across the DataServ platform. The new header provides a consistent, modern layout and makes it easier to move between application areas, access your profile, and find key controls. The updated design improves usability, aligns with modern SaaS standards, and lays the foundation for additional upcoming improvements.

-
New In-app Notifications. DataServ now includes an in-app Notification Center, accessible via a new bell icon in the navigation bar. When important events occur, such as being assigned as a delegate for a colleague’s Out of Office, you'll receive a notification with the relevant details so you can stay informed without relying solely on email. Unread notifications are indicated by a badge count, and notifications are listed by recency so you can quickly catch up on what needs attention. We will be adding more notifications in the coming releases.

-
Run AutoVouch Immediately on a Specific Document. Users can now trigger AutoVouch on a single document directly from the AutoVouch Exception Form without waiting for the next scheduled batch run. After clicking "Retry Now," the process runs in the background and you can continue working. When it finishes, you'll receive an in-app notification with the results and a link back to the document and see the AutoVouch Run History. This makes resolving exceptions faster and gives your team more control over when AutoVouch runs.

Bug Fixes 🐛
-
We resolved an issue that prevented the Next button from working when a user opened multiple documents. Users should be able to navigate documents without being blocked.
-
We addressed an issue where editing a deactivated user account could unintentionally reactivate that user. The system now correctly prevents changes to deactivated accounts, ensuring user status is preserved.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your Client Success Account Manager (CSAM) and / or DataServ Support.
