Cleaner Invoice Field Options. We’re simplifying the invoice experience by removing unused, uneditable header fields from More Fields in the Document Viewer and from the available search columns. If you have any fields configured specifically for your organization, they will remain available and we will notify you when the clean up is done for your organization. No action is needed from your team.

Foundational Upgrade: Intelligent Routing. We are excited to preview Intelligent Routing, a complete redesign of our non-PO initial routing matrix. This upgrade provides a more scalable and standardized framework for how documents are directed the moment they enter DataServ. This foundation is the critical prerequisite for our upcoming S.A.F.E. AI Intelligent Routing Advisor, which will leverage the DataServ Decision Engine to identify common manual assignment paths, recommend routing rules to your team for review and approval, and, once approved, significantly reduce manual routing effort. We are currently finalizing Intelligent Routing and are looking for early-access partners to provide feedback and help shape the final rollout.
